FINAL SALE ITEMS
Sale and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return.
Returned item(s) must be unworn (with the exception of initial try on) and in the same condition that you received them. The item(s) must be free from any signs of wear, damage, deodorant and/or makeup stains, odors, smoke, pet hair and/or any other defects resulting in a diminished condition of the item(s) since pre-shipping inspection. All original tags must still be attached to the item(s). If these requirements are not met and any damage or wear is found upon return inspection, the item(s) will be returned to you and no refund/store credit/exchange will be provided.
Every item is inspected for quality and defects prior to being stocked in the store. If you feel as though your item has a defect or damage that was not discovered, please visit us in store or email us immediately (within 2 days of order receipt) at 5thandPaisley@gmail.com
Styles, sizes and quantities are limited. Once an item is sold out, it may not be restocked. In order to ensure you receive the item you are requesting as an exchange, it is advisable to purchase it as a new order before it sells out. Send your return item back to us for either a store credit or refund (see policies below).
In some instances, we may be able to do a direct exchange in the same style and color if you purchased the incorrect size and if the desired size is still in stock/available.
The returned item(s) must be received or postmarked* within 21 days of receipt by customer. Once your return is processed and inspected for eligibility, your store credit will be given in the form of a giftcard. Store credits do not expire.

Once your return is processed and inspected for eligibility, a refund will be issued to the same payment method used during purchase. Once refund is issued, please allow 5-7 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.
