RETURN POLICY

We strive to ensure you are completely happy with every purchase you make from us! Please read the information below to learn how to start a return if that is not the case. If you'd like to reach out to us first, please send an email to 5thandPaisley@gmail.com.

 

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Sale and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

Returned item(s) must be unworn (with the exception of initial try on) and in the same condition that you received them. The item(s) must be free from any signs of wear, damage, deodorant and/or makeup stains, odors, smoke, pet hair and/or any other defects resulting in a diminished condition of the item(s) since pre-shipping inspection. All original tags must still be attached to the item(s). If these requirements are not met and any damage or wear is found upon return inspection, the item(s) will be returned to you and no refund/store credit/exchange will be provided. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

-Damaged item(s):

Every item is inspected for quality and defects prior to being shipped to the customer. If you feel as though your item has a defect or damage that was not discovered, please email us immediately (within 2 days of order receipt) at 5thandPaisleyBoutique@gmail.com.

 

EXCHANGES

Styles, sizes and quantities are limited. Once an item is sold out, it may not be restocked. In order to ensure you receive the item you are requesting as an exchange, it is advisable to purchase it as a new order before it sells out. Send your return item back to us for either a store credit or refund (see policies below).

In some instances, we may be able to do a direct exchange in the same style and color if you ordered the incorrect size and if the desired size is still in stock/available. In order to do so, please email us at 5thandPaisleyBoutique@gmail.com as soon as possible to ensure we do not sell out of the size you are requesting. The new item will ship to you once the return item is received and inspected. 

 

STORE CREDIT

The returned item(s) must be received or postmarked* within 21 days of receipt by customer. Once your return is processed and inspected for eligibility, your store credit will be sent to the email attached to your order. Store credits do not expire.

* Postmarked: The date of postmark is the date the shipment is received by and processed by the Post Office. Simply creating a label without taking it to the Post Office will not constitute a postmark date.

 

REFUND

The returned item(s) must be received or postmarked* within 7 days of receipt by customer. Once your return is processed and inspected for eligibility, a refund will be issued to the same payment method used during purchase. Once refund is issued, please allow 5-7 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.

* Postmarked: The date of postmark is the date the shipment is received by and processed by the Post Office. Simply creating a label without taking it to the Post Office will not constitute a postmark date.

 

RETURN SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

You must include your name, order number, reason for the return, and whether you are requesting store credit or a refund in the return package. It is helpful to also print and include a copy of your order confirmation email to avoid confusion or missed information needed to identify the customer. Timing for receipt of store credit or refund is based on when the package is received and inspected to determine eligibility of the return. Ship all returns to:

It is advised that you purchase a tracking number with your return shipment. We will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages while in transit. Please contact your shipping provider to inquire on insurance coverage/the need to purchase additional insurance on return shipment.

 

RETURNS PROCESSING

Please allow 7-10 business days once your returned item has been received to be processed and inspected.

If your return is received without specification on whether you are requesting a refund or store credit, store credit will automatically be issued to you. Please refer to policy sections above for any questions regarding eligibility for return, store credit, and refunds.

EXCESSIVE RETURNS

If more than $500 in returns/exchanges are made within a rolling 12 months, a 20% restocking/shipping/handling fee will be deducted from all future returns.

It is important to us that you know which size to order. We do our best to explain sizing in the description on an item that does not run true to traditional sizing. If multiple sizes of one item are ordered which results in a return of one or more of the sizes, a 20% restocking/shipping/handling fee will be deducted from your refund and/or store credit.
